My personal journey into life coaching was to discover who I really am and to move forward from the past. As I learnt about coaching and the benefits of my new skill, I was eager to pass on what I had learnt. I began searching for a program specifically for parents and teenagers and was handed a wonderful opportunity through Teen Frontier International.

In coaching families, I found that the Coach Your Teen to Success™ (CYTS) program yields amazing results. What I saw with my own eyes and the feedback I was receiving was nothing short of life changing for these families. But it didn’t stop there. The skills and insights these families gained were being passed on to their friends and families. I was so impressed.

Then I began working with some teenagers who had been in the welfare system for some time. Others had given up on them. No one could (or would) help them anymore. Again, the change was profound! I worked with both the teens and their families incorporating both the Study of You™ and the CYTS programs. My entire coaching business revolves around using Teen Frontier International’s programs: from business coaching, individual coaching to parent and teen coaching. I am available for private sessions in person or by telephone and can present either program in a group setting. I thank Barbara for being such a great mentor and coach and feel honored to be on the Teen Frontier International team.
